You will be surprised how little time it takes for a telephone consultation. This conversation will be confidential, but will not necessarily establish an attorney/client relationship.

This will create a record in my office that you intend to call, and that you have made contact with me. I will reply to your email and tell you exactly how much to submit using the “PAY NOW” button. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN THIS EMAIL, UNLESS YOU ARE ENCRYPTING THE EMAIL, OR OTHERWISE PROTECTING YOUR TRANSMISSION. When I receive confirmation of the submission of your payment, I will call you back for our telephone consultation.

If you call me and you only want to make an appointment, I will not discuss the particulars of your case, nor will I offer any advice or counsel. I do not provide free consultation. My in-office hourly rate is more than twice the telephone rate and billed in 15-minute increments. All representation is billed at my hourly rate, after and in addition to any initial telephone consultation that might take place.
